He didn’t have one at the meet, thanks for the confirmation.

    no job = no miata

    I’m 110% ok with that.

As if the sun wasn’t a big enough enemy, you were almost gobbled up alive on Saturday. I’m glad you survived.

Common usage on OEM vehicles has alot to do with tire pricing. Some of the cheapest right now are 20" and the most expensive tend to be any decent tire in a 15" if you can find one. As the OEM's get to using larger tires and the smaller ones get forgotten about, the prices go up.

Im awfully intrigued as to what kind of issues could be caused by using a 16" wheel versus a 17". Im no physicist, but I would assume as long as the bore is center, the overall diameter and width are within a reasonable tolerance, and they balance out....then the truck shouldnt really care what size wheel is on it. A balanced 33" circle with a the mounting point in the middle should be pretty much the same across the board.

Do we have anyone who rehabilitates headlights?

Mine are getting the standard haze/UV damage and I don’t like it, but don’t want to mess with them myself and make them worse.

This kit is what I used and is super easy. I used a spray bottle with water to keep from burning the plastic and help the disks last longer. You can do this, no problem. The only thing the kit doesn’t have is a uv protectant to spray on afterwards. Fire up the YouTubes and watch a few how-tos. I believe in you John.

I'm pretty sure I still have my kit on the shelf in the garage. I'll look when I get home. You're welcome to borrow it, if I do.
