I haven’t in this truck.

 

I only struggled 2 times in the super soft sand. The second time I got stuck, was because a huge fishing rig was parked on the firm side and didn’t want to drive through their fishing lines to be a dick. Overall truck didn’t struggle at all

Those tires look they are at normal air pressure.

 

They were actually deflated to 18 PSI according to the Land Cruiser guy. He had a set of screw on valve stem deflators that would stop deflating once 18 PSI was reached. Tires were really noisy was worried I’d ruin the rear ones

 

That was my breakfast snack Saturday morning. They gave @Wixo the at 4 AM

 

You won’t ruin them on the sand. I’ve got a set of those types not a fan of them.

 

I deflated even more to around 10-13 PSI with a pocket knife. Once we hit the road I had to stop at Stripes and inflate them cause the noise they were making at 55 MPH was really worrying me. Each tire has its own warranty but still I wouldn’t want two brand new tires and two used tires

 

You need a co2 setup or Vaiar compressor.

 

Dawg you told me 2 weeks ago it wasn’t worth it. The Land Cruiser is equipped with the dual ARB compressor and it filled up my tire in less than a minute

 

Those only work for the tires they're calibrated for. That's why I don't like them.

 

Can’t recall the conversation but for beach trips it’d be a great investment. I think having the co2 in the truck 24/7 ain’t worth it though.

Viair 88P is all you need. I can air up my 35s in about twice the time as the ARB dual compressor, so about 3-4 minutes.

 

He has E-Load KM3 and I got E-Load KO2... shouldn’t be much of a difference right?

 

Co2 and a dual hose setup inflate 34s from 15-37 in 45sec.

 

I like the CO2 setup better. Keeps less junk out of my truck when I don’t need it. Rather spend $200 on the tank and mount then $20 for tank refills than $500 plus wiring installation on any air compressor.

 

Depends on the weight of the truck, tire size and tire load type. Too many variables to get accurate PSI from those deflators. They're great if you're not handing them out, though.

 

^^^^^^ this is why I'm not a fan of CO2 setups. They are very fast, though.
