Did you buy the package deal to run multiple plates/vins? I need to run 1 and can paypal you for doing it, thanks!

 

Plates is a no go. That system is locked down.

You can run the vin for free thru the Tacoma owners website to see what dealership service was done.

You don't need to own the truck to do this.

I've found it more useful than car fax. I don't care about accidents as much as I care about how well the owner kept up on regular maintenance.

 

Thanks, I have the VIN of the prospective car but it is not a toyota. Furthermore I care more about vehicle damage than maintenance for this particular one.

 

What did you mean about the plates, searching by plates is no longer a feature?

 

Not sure if you’re still looking but a very generous member on here has an offer to members (with a suggestion to donate) I had him run a vin check in a car I was buying for my mother and it was very insightful.
