    Hi everybody :)
I had my 2015 lifted and saved the og shocks and struts/coils to put on my old girl 2005, I'm sure these markings mean which side, anyone have an idea? They measure the same.
    Couldn't find anything

if i remember correctly, they are specific spring rates for each side so that they account for the weight of the battery, driver, and fuel tank all being on the driver's side. Yellow should be driver's side and white should be passenger side... I THINK. Its been about 5 years since I swapped mine out for 5100s.

3 months ain’t old at all, it’s the random 10 year old thread that gets bumped with a question to a moved on OP that has us scratching our heads lol.

Try posting closer pics of the label themselves, particularly the white barcode. Sometimes it can be revealed from there

The colors have changed a few times over the years. Best to have someone with the same model year chime in. Until then, I can say that on my '05 orange/white is the passenger's side.

I have a set from a 2019 (along with the rear shocks) sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. I saved this post for reference when the time comes. Also, if you look at post #5 it gives a good suggestion that might eliminate the question on the different colored dots.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ck-bilstein-shocks-left-or-right-side.507942/

Here's a follow up thread that may give some further insight... or more confusion.

FWIW, here a picture of the 2019 coil overs sitting in my garage. The colored dots are totally different for any previous mentioned combination. Will most likely check the length, how the line up in the perch and if I'm still puzzled I'll go with green on DS and blue on PS.

Aight, scratch what I said. I zoomed in on David’s pic and there are no differences on the label indicating driver/passenger lol

Different years seem to have different colors.
It would help to know what year they came off of?
