so i wanna gets me a dash cam folks. garmin mini dash is what im thinking. dongar makes a 12pin connector that is plug and play right at the rearview, as i went and looked if you pull the small cover on the wires for our 2nd gens there is a connector there.
has anyone used the dongar for their 2nd gen?
or does anyone know if there is a 2nd gen equivalent??

Redline custom leather shift and e-brake boot. VFTUNE Super Full Otto cycle, octane learning, premium fuel.
I use the connection above and a short 90 degree micro USB cable for my dash cam. It works great.

Is there something like that for second gens? The Amazon listing says 3rd gen only, and for models without the backup camera mirror. So I guess that won't work for me.
