    ... if you raise your kids right, maybe it will be their dream when they turn 16. Its a great bonding experience that alleviates a lot of stress when parenting teenagers - doing something highly involved and difficult with a teenager that is (building a house or a truck). It maintains/restores a strong mutual sense of respect that is often lost in these years. Anyway, we are getting off topic. OP has what he needs. Wish you the best with your family.
