Anyone swap out the regular mirrors on a 2012-2015 to the blinker mirrors? If so, what is involved? Is there already wiring in there for them? Curious if it’s possible and how difficult it would be.

Yeah. Not hard at all. Check for wires behind kick panels. There are write ups on here with details.

Nice! I have an aftermarket set that I am swapping my stock mirrors, movement etc but the shells have the blinker. They are actually 4runner mirrors so they also have a courtesy light too. Mainly need to figurer which one to tap but its been low on the list. Ill have to check out these threads.

I used 4 runner mirrors. You will have to change your plug-rewire the Tacoma plug into the 4 Runner mirror. If you want puddle lights (I did, plus heat) you will have to create some wiring. Took me most of two days monkeying around start to finish with heat, puddle and full functions plus turn. Also a color matched cover!
