My bad! We ended up with 4 super whites. Being up front, I was followed by a couple of built tacos and felt pretty under-modified at that point. Lol. These trucks certainly are more than capable stock, I see that every time we get out.

The VIAR is what I use. I bought a 440, so that I could air a little quicker and share as needed. My brother in law has the 88p and it works great too. In all your probably looking at a few minutes difference between the two, but a couple hundred dollar price tag difference.

I’m very happy with the truck. I just have an image of what I want it to look like, and it’s harder to achieve than I expected. I have to keep it practical, but still want it to look like all the cool trucks. That’s hard to accomplish. :anonymous:

Very true. And not to hijack this thread, but there is something about the long bed and tonneau cover that just doesn’t give off an aggressive look. But the functionality is there and it goes places...so, hard to justify doing something more; for now.

Ya I kinda wish I got the long bed but what’s done is done. You led the pack great with your rig tho. I’m learning just how capable these trucks are.

bro your truck does just fine we went up Lolo Pass you handled that very well not that anything was super bad except for maybe one hill but a lot of it is how comfortable the driver feels in the rig as well

Sorry, it’s really that I want it to look Instagram worthy. Lol.
I have a picture in my head of what I want it to look like, but to maintain the functionality, I can’t really do those things. Like a bed rack-I love that look, but I can’t haul the groceries and 3 passengers with an open bed. So I have the tonneau cover. It all works out though. Maybe some day I’ll build a designated off wheeling rig.

I have gone places I never would have dreamed off in my 2007 long bed. The KO2’s and little added height help a bit too. But I’d love to get to a place to run trails like the rubicon or Moab and not worry about it.

With your set up as it is now you would be fine doing most if not all of the trails in Moab except for maybe one or two. Having a longer bed of course you'll scrap on your ass end but you could do it!

I’ve been considering a rear HC bumper for awhile because of that very issue. Still hoping one will be designed that still incorporates the BSM and sensors.

Lol-I was so stoked to see that Tacoma’s added those features(I got used to them on our car) then I realized most of them don’t work for mods.

I’m not an engineer, but don’t know why a small enough portion can’t be made out of polymer and the sensor placed there. Keep the rest steal and call it good.

This truck was my first with the features and I've learned to really love the BSM feature most of all, it's totally saved my ass and other bystanders a few times when backing out of a spot I can't see well from lol. I could probably do without the parking ones, though they have come in handy, I just hate how much it beeps lol
