I have 2020 TRD Pro 2,500 miles & had clutch & transmission replaced already . In order for smooth shifting 1/2/3 gears I have to shift at least 3,500 rpm . Any lower then you feel gears/synchro mesh grinds a bit. Question is do ya”ll shift high rpm? If I shift below 3,500 the truck doesn’t like it. Any comments greatly appreciated

    this and that...
before ovt, i always used to shift below 3.5k to avoid hitting that vvti changeover. its pretty irking hitting that sudden surge of power when youre just cruising along. i didnt notice any grinds. now that im tuned and that changeover is replaced with a nice linear powerband all the way till redline, i still shift at or around 3.5k. if im looking for a quick sprint or merging power, its a whole different story. still no grind though. sorry to hear. i heard changing to some redline actually alleviates grinds. maybe someone else could chime in about that.

weird. i shift anytime i want, any rpm, any engine load. it took some time to get the feel of this package but it's pretty easy to drive. once you do the ADM at a minimum, that is.
