Does it still have the adjustable shocks on it for the RTT?

No. that's been gone for a while. Just a rack on the lid. I don't use a tent with an annex anymore so no need for the adjustable rack.

Where do you think weight could be saved?
Do you think 1/8 instead of 3/16 frame material would be sufficient?any other areas in just the basic trailer box and frame?
What was your inner hub to hub measurement?

Some changes recently. New 37's on the trailer required new fenders, which required some other modifications, with led to more changes. Here's the current version.

    Another few questions?
Would you have welded uprights closer tonoutside perimeter of frame so the skin set closer to the outside with less lip?
How much clearance did you have between tire and bedside?would you change

Do you have any pics of the new locking latches for the tailgate, and how they line up to the sides of the outer frame?

@Box Rocket . I’m sure this question has been ask, but do you know the weight of the trailer when the build completed?

I don't have a current weight. I suspect its in the ballpark of 500lbs empty without the tent.

No I wouldn't have changed the uprights. I wanted the lip at the frame and the top rail of the tub. In the event that the trailer makes contact with trees or rocks I'd rather have the contact at the frame or tub rail since they are stronger than thin sheet metal. Clearance between the tires and tub is about 3"

So, it took me an hour and a half to read through all the post. This is awesome, I was going to build a flatbed type camping rig with an RTT for my 1982 pick up but you have changed my mind completely. Thanks you for the info on venders, etc. some are out of business, sadly. I can't wait to start building!!!

Are you still available for questions, lol. and have you taken any trips to Texas? looking for somewhere to check out, whenever I finish!

Perhaps. I’ve been on the fence about selling it but would let it go for the right price.
Feel free to DM me an offer if you’re interested.
