Hey everyone! Just bought a 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport! If you have any suggestions on what I should do to it to make it perform or even look better I would love the input!

I believe 2012s have an open recall for the secondary air pump. I’d look into that first.
    Welcome aboard matey!

I purchased my 2012 new. Not aware of Secondary Air Pump recall, but there was one for the Catalytic Converter replacement due to rust issues. Nice truck! Just change all fluids as required, air filter, tire rotations, brake inspections etc. per Owners Manual every 5k or 6 months and you'll be fine. I also personally flushed Power Steering Fluid & Brake Fluid in 2019. And just remember, it's not a sports car but a truck....... enjoy!

Congrats and welcome to TW. Definitely start by addressing any open recalls associated with your VIN. You don't need any of us to make suggestions on how to make your rig look better...just go through the hundreds of threads on here for inspiration. The addiction is real. You've been warned. :spending:

This should priority #1. You don’t want to go into limp mode while driving 70mph on the highway

Put some Falken Wildpeaks on those SCS rims so you can hall ass down a dirt road. :mudding:

Those are not SCS stealth 6 rims because they did not make them with bead locks.

It's technically not a recall but Toyota calls it a Special Service Campaign. Apparently, based on my experience and others here, Toyota dealers have been somewhat lenient regarding the replacement of the SAI components.
