    I have a 2008 Tacoma PreRunner V6 Double Cab with the key fobs not being able to go into program mode. I'm looking for a 2008 Tacoma Receiver Door Control. Does anybody have access to this part 05-15 Toyota Tacoma DCR Keyless Entry Door Control Receiver?

    First step after putting new battery in the FOB is try again and if program bombs at last step do again and mine worked after a few trys.
    Next buy a used Toyota Tacoma FOB on eBay and try that as believe it or not both mine did the same thing and the used FOB worked.
    I was looking at the receiver also and it was not the actual problem so try the used FOB first. Others told me this as I now pass it along.

    I purchased a receiver box from a junkyard and already had an old fob. Possibly from a 4runner (fob had a trunk button).
    It took multiple attempts but finally worked!

    This was for my 2015 SR

    I bought this off of ebay and got it cut yesterday. I haven't started programming yet but will post my findings.

    @Mcasillas74 Do you know if the fobs ever worked? Where did you get the fobs or did they come with the truck? How are you trying to program? Are you using the 30 step deal where you open door insert keys, close door, turn around in circles.....

    Are you sure that year came standard with keyless entry?
