The install was a breeze and because it’s a low profile mechless design, tucking wires behind it was super easy. The sound has definitely improved from the stock unit that was in the truck. The Android Auto / CarPlay work as expected. I plug in my phone and get the CarPlay to pop up almost instantly. The reverse camera video is super clear and makes it easier to back up the truck. I didn’t want to spend too much into the stereo and picked this up for $250. For the money, features and how it performs, I give it a thumbs up.

Looks good . Was the backup camera included or did you have to buy separately?

Got the same thing, highly enjoying it. Plugged in for Android Auto. Sound sounds much better even with stock speakers. Hoping to upgrade speakers next though.

I had to purchase an bypass in order to use most of the features.

I purchased it separately. AutoVox Cam 6. Very low profile and mounts on the rear license plate. The picture quality is very good and was only $20 from Amazon.

Yes forgot to mention that. I got the bypass as well and now the unit is perfect for my need.

I bought the same unit and was wondering how you attached the Reverse wire (orange/white) and Parking Brake wire (yellow/blue) from the unit to the truck. I have a radio wiring harness but these two features aren’t included. I also have a 2003 Tacoma.

And if you have any tips or links on how to wire the back up camera around the Tacoma, that would help too! Thanks
