Text miguel from premier gears and see what's up. The instructions are in the first post. Not sure if it's still going on but even if it isn't maybe you can politely ask for group buy pricing

Thinking about getting this done, I’m a short drive away from the shop it seems tempting for the price. The last few pages of the thread scared me a little though. I did see a post by Miguel and say that are fixing issues that have come about, which was encouraging I guess. Has any gotten it done recently and experienced a change for the better in workmanship?

I still recommend Premier. Couple things to note:

When changing diff fluid, heat the bolt up before trying to remove. It’s not Premiers fault that it’s tight.

They use impacts/torque sticks for pretty much everything. My lugnuts were at 172739 ft lbs lol.

In the end, those are the 2 things I can say. I am still very happy with the gears, install, and the shop has taken care of any issue that has arose. Carlos, Miguel, and the team are standup guys.

I had and have had no issues besides the shit shop they recommended to me to install the wiring... cool dudes. My bolts were easy to get off. Sounds like they are slowly fixing the above issues

Had mine for about 1200 miles now. I was super happy with the service and communication. Would definitely recommend! 5.29 nitro w/ Harrop e-locker

What does the Harrop E locker do? Does it add a locking front differential? Do you have to buy two of them? How do you activate the locker from inside the cab?

So at over 20,000 miles, my diff sounds like an airplane. I’ve had Nitro gears before and they have all howled to an extent; this being the worse out of the three trucks I’ve had gears redone.

Keen to see if anyone else has as many miles or any feedback. I’ll talk again with Miguel. I fell off this thread as my goal was to get 30, and we almost tripled that. I felt as if I did my share for the discount so...hopefully everyone understands.

I had my gear put on in october. No leaks or other situations that have been posted on this tread. I had a couple of special request which they said they would accommodate me, but they dropped the ball 3 times. The guys in the shop did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Great to hear brother that even though the special requests didn’t go perfect, you’re happy with the work. I just bought new oil for the third change and will update if my truck diff gets quieter

I think mine has been fine so far. I upgraded to mud terrains so I don’t think I’d be able to hear it anyway lol

The only complaint I have with these gears it my truck tops out at 83 MPH and that's going up a grade. I really shouldn't be driving that fast anyways. The stuck shifts nice and is no longer hunting for gears. I think mine is pretty quite too. I don't think it even uses 6th gear. It's like driving a new truck.
