We all have them, but I want to know the shit that you’ve been doing since you were a little kid and can’t kick the routine. I’ll start off by saying to this day if I eat a waffle I have to individually fill each waffle hole with syrup. Been doing if for 25 years now and can’t stop, it’s just habitual. So let’s hear yours. I’m sure you can think of some

The right shoe/boot goes on first.

I was also obsessed with super sharp pencils when I was in school, so now I spin my pencils/pens periodically while writing.

I'm not sure if it's a habit or a sign of modern day dating at 30 years old.. Casually dating a woman while convincing myself that she's great (when she's really not) and then telling her after 3 months "sorry, this isn't going to work".

Picking fingers, watched my mom do it while she was a red light and it just imbedded into me. Only fidget toys can stop it.
