    My pops cant even find slugs to hunt with in NY. I thought i could order him some online. Retailer request proof of buyer/seller form and FFL.

    I believe the pistol grip and stock need to come off for it to be compliant. This article might help but I think you’re right on pinning the stock and then taking the grip off. I’m in Texas so double check your laws

    what PCCs are y'all into? I recently got a scorpion as my first and have been modifying it a bit. really only needed a couple aftermarket springs in the trigger assembly and different safety levers to make it really really nice. Cosmetically, I could not stand the slanted forgrip and the pic rails so I also put a different front end on it, but again, that's mostly cosmetic. I'm sure an MPX or B&T would be amazing, but I'm not spending $3k on a PCC. Plus I've shot a few roller delayed actions and couldn't stand it. I've shot a few AR-9s and didn't really care for them, but I'm sure there are some nice high end AR-9s that shoot like a dream.
