This question might bring more questions then answers, but I wonder what would happen, if coilovers that were designed for a 6 inch lift kit get installed to a stock truck?
Just adding the coilovers , what kind of issues could I run into?

Depends, are the coilovers used with top hat spacers and a drop bracket or are they true 6" extra length and travel coil overs?

If they just use 6" spacers they're still stock length coils and you will be fine reusing them, if they are 6" longer coils well, the short of it is they won't fit, you know, cause they're 6" to long...

Yeah it's a drop bucket lift kit. Okay , that makes sense, when bolting everything together I won't be able to compress it enough to fit.
