I think I want to go the hard tonneau cover route for the added security over the soft ones that you can cut with a knife.

New ones like Gator or Rough Country run $600-700 and I’m having no luck finding a used one.

Has anyone had any luck with any of the cheaper eBay alternatives? If so, what company/brand? I’ve found some for $350-400 but just don’t know if they work as well.

Got a lomax from a vendor on here for just over $500 if I remember right. Easy installation and works well. It has a low profile too which I like.

I had the Tyger T5 and liked it. Just sold it for $400. I ended up getting a ARE cap, but was happy enough with the Tyger.

American tonneau, 587$ vinyl covered w composite panels. I had an extang solid fold 2.0 on my frontier. 800$ The extang was a better cover but the new one looks better. Only been on a couple months. Looks great , the clamps might not last but i rarely open it. Keep my tools in a bin and jack in the back along w my boats spare tire. Real truck website. Call though and u can say everyone sells them at that price can u beat it?

Where are you? I’m in north Jersey this week with my truck. Could possibly swing by if you’re on the way back to DC in eastern PA...
