I just traded in my 2017 sr5 and got a 2021 trd offroad and put a 3 inch King coilover kit with adjusters and deaver stage II leafs. My fronts are nice and smooth but my rear shocks are at the same clicks as the fronts ( all the way soft ) but have been been feeling more firm than the front. I gave it some time to settle since being new leafs but it’s been a few weeks and the rear is still more firm as the front. Any advice??

It's the leafs. If you're running stage 2 without the weight in the rear, it's going to be harsh. I had stage 2's by accident and it felt like a dump truck. Swapped to stage 1's and it was worlds better.

Okay, I was planning on getting a HC rear bumper anyways so that should help?

The Stage II leafs are for 400-600pounds constant load. They will be pretty stiff unless you have 400-600 pounds back there.
