Had my little girl been born first I may not have a boy, she has me wrapped around her finger and she's only 5.

Spa day. Just for her. No baby, no nothing. Just a day for her to pamper herself.

I also married into an Italian family, though we are only going on year 3

The one thing that always wins with the wife and her mom/aunts is any kind of family related gift. Every xmas I make printed photo albums of my wife and I (and now our 11 month old baby) from the previous year's photos and give that to them, they love it. I also wrap up a couple of the best ones in frames.

Any kind of gift that involves doing something as a family is also a winner with my wife - planning a trip of some sort, even if it's just a local camping one (she likes camping so I lucked out there).

Also you can never really go wrong with a spa day or massage gift certificate
