I have a 2020 sport (non jbl) head unit. i have the 450 watt kicker 6x9’s and subaru tweeters installed. Putting in kicker 300 6 1/2’s tomorrow, then paying to have key 200.4 installed next week. Was going to run it to door speakers (some say i should do front and tweeters). Basically im looking for tips/ recommendations, also im looking at installing a rockfordfosgate p300-8p 300 watt subwoofer/amp combo(it fits behind seats). Anyone have experience with that subwoofer or the kicker key? I know my head unit gives next to no power to rear speakers. Thanks!

Not looking for anything crazy, i had 2 12’s in my old 4runner 10 years ago, just good sound with enough bass to feel it a bit.

Also, when setting the key up, you disabled the tweeters ya? Can you run the sound test with the dash still apart? Thanks

I think the issue with the rear speakers is the head unit doesn't send much of a signal to the rear(I am guessing). With the key amp it is only sending power to the door speakers. When doing the key amp test just set the speakers to the center and the eq flat. I used a usb drive with the pink noise and the amp and stereo uninstalled. Once the pink noise test is done I ran the gain test tone and set my gain, per the manufacturer instructions.
