Got a lot of stuff lol
The Upper control arms mount at a different point and are different as well as the spindles and the shocks. Front 6 lug stuff is just too tall for 5 lugs.

Nope the rear is the easiest, Add a leaf or a shackle flip. The front is harder since all we have is spacers. Check out the other 5 lug lifting threads, they have all the info.

    Hi all- I have a 2015 2wd 5 lug and currently running 235-70-16.
I want to change to 235-75-16 (change tire but keep current rim).
    Think these would fit?
    Thanks for your help!

Yes, you will need to remove the black box behind the front fender liners. It should either not rub at all or rub very little after that.

    Hey guys, two separate questions.

    1. my rear is sagging after the addition of a hitch and cap. Noticable to the point where high beams arnt really hitting the ground well anymore. Im assuming an add-a-leaf is my cheap solution, but if i dont want lift where can i find a stock height aal? Or does it matter?

    2. on cool mornings (50 degrees or less) when I go over speed bumps it sounds like my tires are rubbing, i have not noticed this above 50 degrees (235/75r15 stock rims) does temp affect the front suspension? this one doesnt really bother me its just a little perplexing:notsure:

per the instructions of the manufacturer of the lift kit I used,
"work should be done by a mechanic"
I have to say that it is not an "easy" job but if you have worked on vehicles before,
it could be done on the driveway w/ basic tools.
That is how I did my truck.

I am very happy about how my truck came out :)

I have a couple of videos of how I did it,
in case you want to check them out

Noob here just looking for a straight answer. Do 2017 TRD OR 4x4 bilstein 4600 fit on 06 regular cab base model? Looking to just swap out.

    The short answer is no
    BUT
If you lift your truck, you could use the rear shocks from a 3rd Gen OFF ROAD
on the rear of your truck
That is what I am running :)

Looking for distance from center of lower eyelet to lower spring seat, spring seat to start of upper stud mount threads, and total length (eyelet to start of stud threads), maybe to nearest 1/8". Thanks!

Anyone can recommend aftermarket leaf springs for 5 lug Tacoma that will fit? Any of them exist?

What are you looking for it to do? Lift, lower or stay stock? If stock Dorman usually makes decent quality ones. Or if you are close to SoCal I've got my take offs as I just put pre-runner springs on to lower mine.

Stay stock, but eliminate sagging while carrying canopy and heavy loads.
