Ahhh, I didn't realize the 5 lug setup used smaller calipers and smaller than 16" wheels. But the width of the tire will still depend on the wheel width and offset to see if it pushes the tire out too far and therefore rub on the cab mount or tuck the tire in too far with too much backspacing and rub on the inside. If you're sticking out more than this, I think you will rub the mount. I have the SPC UCA's at psotion C which pushes the wheel farther forward in the wheelwell and still get some rub on the mount at full lock.

1st yr of that body, low mileage, 4x4 auto only way to get center console and buckets in single cab, shell..........overpriced but not sure how crazy. If it's your thing then there it is. Can't buy a new one like that so it's kinda relative. I'd throw 20 at that before 50k for a new TRD Pro......way before. Needs to leave WY before rust happens tho..............

very tasteful and functional mods. How does it do with the LSD? Can you tell the difference in dirt or rain?

    thanks
I drove it on loose sand and it felt great, it had good traction,
    It was pretty seamless.
I think that the truck would have done differently w/the open diff

Changing the 3rd member is by far the best mod I have done to the truck

how was it putting in the cruise control with a manual trans? it's on my list of things to do but all the guides and videos i've seen only show the install for auto trans trucks.

Exact same thing, except you need an additional clutch pedal switch.

After adding the CC stalk on the steering wheel,
One has to add a switch at the top of the clutch pedal, (which to me was a pain in the rear)
because it is all the way to the top.

I personally could not find a video, showing where to add the switch,
so I uploaded two videos showing exactly how I went about adding CC to my truck.
Here is a link to where I have the videos

    Project Lil Taco - YouTube

    I hope they help :)

Here is a picture of the switch I installed on my truck

Follow the arm up under dash to the little green thing in the pic that is part of the clutch pedal arm. Switch is mounted in bracket above it where the pedal keeps the pin pushed in until pedal is depressed then CC disengages............yes, it was pain to get to to install, but worth it.

Clear coat peeling off of the wheels......and I wasn’t a fan of how they looked to begin with. So until I get a new set of wheels, I decided to sand them down and paint them a different color. 8 hours and about $30 later, they came out decent. Could’ve did one more coat of paint and a few more coats of clear, but it was a spur of the moment thing and I’m happy with it.
