So, I am apparently the only pizza "snob" who looks at that as disgusting anyway. Nasty gross greasy doughy pre cooked junk. :puke:

(I fully accept I go over the top when it comes to my pizza needs).

I do enjoy fried rice though. I have done the hibachi showboat crap before but meh, I prefer to just go to a place that lets the food represent them, rather than a show.

WOW There's a name I haven't seen in a long time. That dude was amazing. His thing about cruise lines had me in stitches. He was a lot bigger in his younger years which I think ultimately caught up with him :(

My grandson, who lives with us, has Celiac disease. I use Jules gluten free flour to make him pizza and other things. If he wants a frozen pizza, he prefers Freschetta's.

Even in his time he got away with a lot of stuff. Free Willy was bad even for then.

I was gifted this canister and it’s more expensive than others, but it’s so good!

It is expensive. Everything gluten free is. I order him a multi bag package on Amazon, then freeze the other bags until I need them. It saves some money, but is still costly.

I'm still on the deep dish cast iron kick. Suck it :D

Pepperoni, sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, olive, and big slabs of mozzarella.

    I use
    2c flour
1tb of salt, sugar, garlic powder, basil
    1 pack yeast

Mix that up in my food processor with the dull blade. Then a two second pour of olive oil and 3/4 cup warm water (yesterday it was 112). Pulse until it balls up and then I work it into a ball for a two hour proof.

Edit: That two second pour is about 2 tbsp. I have a small spout oil container.
