I'm a transplanted GA country boy, living near Seattle and over the past two years have discovered the beauty of the PNW. I bought my 2019 Magnetic Gray Metallic TRD Off-Road in October, 2020 and immediately began making modifications. My main goal is to have a vehicle which can serve as a daily driver but more importantly take me anywhere I want to go in the wilderness.

I've been seriously slacking with updating my build thread here, going to post a whole bunch of recent mods I've done over the last two months:

And the most important thing for Tahuya, an ARB Diff Breather. I've got it mounted in the bed at the moment with zip ties, not sure where I want to put it but it was going to be a pain in the ass to move it up the engine bay. It was 50 degrees (F) and that tubing was not very pliable. I warmed it in front of a space heater but I got lazy.

It was a freakin' blast! I can't wait to get back there, especially once I get some upgraded suspension. I'm amazed at what the truck could do, I never even put it into 4L and it definitely helped develop my driving skills. My truck did great but after a couple of hours of wheeling, the shocks seemed like they needed a break.

I was trying to figure out what picture to put up here but I was finally able to actually use my Nitro 5.29 Gears when I went out to Tahuya. I've spent the last month breaking them in and finally got to do some actual wheeling and it was a huge difference. Even going over difficult terrain there was just so much power there, I was barely on the gas and already over the humps.

One thing that was even better is the gas mileage on the way out there was the best I've seen it.

I'm still questionable as to the utility I will get out of this mod, however I love the way it looks.

    ARB Safari Snorkel

The pics are before and after cutting a big ass hole in my fender and then the finished install.

Love the truck and build but you gotta take more pictures from greater than 3” from your subject!

Lmao, thank you for good, honest feedback! My brother-in-law is coming up this weekend and I'm heading up to the mountains with him, I will bring back some decent shots.

Made a quick trip out to the Olympic National Forest yesterday to try to get the new snorkel dirty. Snapped a couple of pics while out.

So I finally busted the first part of my truck off doing something stupid. Took my brother-in-law riding around Beckler River Rd, just for some giggles, and slid into a ditch while turning around and basically did a super fast install of a quick disconnect kit for my bumper using the embankment.

I had plans to eventually start chopping up the rear for a high clearance bumper, looks like the schedule has been moved up.
