I mean not to keep this going but I would say all this back and forth banter falls under the last sentence you have in your original post, especially "Opinions", "General Bullshit", "All welcome"...

And, just to reiterate... I liked the book. It kept me entertained and I read every page. Looking forward to the movie.

We're going to be so excited to go see a movie in a theater, that we won't care about paying $75 for a small popcorn...

For a limited time only! 0% financing on the Family combos! Also includes dark glasses for when the patron in front of you opens their 37" screen Android smartphone to respond to texts! (Tax not included. All customers may not qualify for low interest rates. Theater retains all rebates and coupons. No returns. Popcorn may have possibly been cooked last week.)

Can't say I'll be overly upset when all new movies are released digitally at the same time they hit theaters. Seeing as how the theater experience has become so enjoyable.

Except it will still be cheaper to watch in the theater per ticket v. on a streaming service. Disney+ wants $29.99 just for early access to a cartoon movie.

    Just one person , yes.

But if it's you, your wife, and any children it's cheaper.

And that's before any gold-dipped and platinum lined drinks or snacks. :spending:

Ooh, yeah. Love the dinner scene, and extended Fremen time.

I was a friend of Jamis.

both versions have their pros and cons (I mean the Lynch version and the mini-series). Neither one has great acting:thumbsup:
