Too many mods and I haven't even started yet..
The part that you linked to doesn't have a 90 degree bend at the end like in your photo, nor the banjo fitting. Did you use a different part?

I linked to the right part.
Their photo just isn't the right one I guess.
It comes with everything you see/need.

    Hey all,

I tried to do the delete with the flex line and banjo bolt and for the life of me cannot stop the banjo bolt from leaking. I tightened the banjo bolt to the point where I am scared of damaging the threads and I did place the washers on both sides of the banjo bolt as others here have done.

    Any ideas?

Use a hard line and adapter. I went through 2-3 iterations of custom made flex lines and was not able to get one that I thought worked as well. The hard line is easy to bend and stays where you put it. Anchor it with a couple rubber lined "P" clips and you're g2g.

Yea the one linked to in this thread. It's a honda s2000 part but everything "should" fit. My guess is the washer isn't properly sealing, but regardless I'm just gonna do the hard line method.

Same here. Fyi it's also nearly impossible to tighten the fittings on the master cylinder side since you gotta use a 10m wrench to hold the hard line end and a 17 mm to tighten the fitting from the flex line. There's barely any space to tighten it correctly. I would only consider doing the flex line on the second gens since there's way more space.

Yes the "kit" comes with everything you need other than the hand tools obviously.
I had 0 problems with it sealing properly.
Brake fluid level is the same a week later.

I have never had issues with banjo bolts. Even reusing the crush washers many time. Sorry!

The hard line did the trick! If anyone needs reassurance the hard line is very easy to bend without creating any kinks. Also I'm surprised how little it took to bleed the clutch, only a couple or so pumps was needed using the water bottle method. Drove the truck twice and its a completely different clutch feel, engagement is super sharp. Also first gear and reverse are finally acting how they should, no need to ride the clutch to get smooth changes.

Thanks again, this issue has been bugging me so much over the last two years since I got my third gen.
