poweraid throttle body spacer

I just recently purchased a poweraid throttle body spacer. I would also like to buy a K&N air intake. will it fit with the spacer?

sorry i didn't get much out of those. one guy says it will fit the other guy says it won't? as far as it being a paperweight i haven't driven it yet but by reading what others say i guess i wasted my money. moving forward the question now is should i take it out and put it back to stock or leave it. the k&n is on the way

 

The K&N intake should fit, it will move the filter closer to the fender. If it doesn't, you can easily trim it to fit.

As far as perf goes, don't expect to get anything out of the TBS other then the whistle. The 1GR stock intake 'surge tank' utilizes ACIS and adjustable runner lengths for max power and certain rpm/throttle positions. So adding runner length won't do much.
