Edmonton area checking in - a bit jealous! If I can’t go anywhere, I’d be ok with a good ol’ Christmas snowstorm.

    Stay safe!

Oh cool you got it. I have been tracking it but the usps tracking says it would arrive later than expected. Glad you got it.

Amazes me how cool the ball is during the summer and it is not cold at all during the cold winter months.

You guys just made me think about the Rupp Roadster 2 mini bike that I rebuilt when I bought my house. When I say rebuilt, it was literally laying in pieces in the tool shed on the property when we bought the house. Not real sure why it was in pieces, but I was happy that it came with the house.
Had her running for a few years, then the float went bad, and it’s been sitting in the garage since. Gonna have to fix that and get her running again.

I know they are worth a bit of money, but I’m into antiques and such so I prefer to hang on to it. Plus the fact that dad was a state trooper, I was never allowed to ride them growing up, So just knowing I have one now, makes up for it somehow.

If you don't mind me asking how much did it cost? I tried going to their website but it looks like it's down.

How did your install go? I've heard of other brands not having very good bolt hole alignment.

Anyone install katzkins, can you tell me if you removed the cover from rear center headrest or left it in place? It’s looks as if the front headrests are glued so those will stay on but the rear (center at least) had clips so I removed that one. Only reason I ask because the post holes/cutouts are wider and now see foam but if I left the original cover on the post holes/cutouts are tight and it obviously won’t see foam

can you pop your rear center and take a look? Thanks. by the way, vacuum suctioning the headrest made the cover slip on super easy. Used produce bag but the bag I got at Winn Dixie is to small for the fronts

What i may suggest is use a wider bracket and have two bolts going into the rail for each. Or a brace from front to back. Reason is if ur gonna have a lot of weight on the rack and you have to brake suddenly it won’t lean forward and possibly collapse from the weight. If that makes any sense. Maybe I’m wrong about how sturdy it is but never too careful
