Midwest gear shops

Can anybody recommend a reputable gear / transmission shop in the Midwest, preferably in Michigan? So far I've talked to one shop who quoted 20 hours of labor, which seems high. I haven't ruled out driving to ECGS to have them do it. At least I know they are familiar with these trucks.

 

ChiTown Offroad in the suburbs of Chicago generally does good work and good prices. I am not sure of their familiarity with gears though. Sorry - don't know anything closer to Michigan or gear specific.

 

The only shops that come to mind are Venom Motorsports in Grand Rapids, MI & West Michigan Transmissions in Wyoming, MI. I don't have any first hand experience with either so I can't give you recommendations but I hope that helps

Edit: A buddy of mine who drives a 4Runner recommends Victory 4x4 in Portage, MI. Seems like all the shops are on the west side of Michigan
