We try to get orders out in 7 weeks but with Rona raining havoc on steel shipments, powder delays, and shipping delays.
I ordered a set of tube doors for my crawler and it's a minimum of 3 months. So these delays are impacting everyone.

We do what we can but unfortunately we have pushed times out a few weeks.

No issues with space. Pretty easy to remove the Y bar and spare when I need to. I just attached some traction boards. Kind of had to rig it up but it works. 20210102_171642.jpg

Looking forward to getting my bed rack system. Ordered on feb 4th. We’ll see soon. I’m sure they are busy as hell.

Can you mount a spare under that? Bottom side of the basket? Think it would fit a 35 there too?

I’ll definitely try. Would be nice to have a spare under it. Especially with a RtT

Can someone get a measurement for me from the bed to the bottom of the basket? I have a two black tough boxes that I want to be able to keep gear dry and still be able to slide in and out of the bed. The boxes I have could slide in and out if that measurement is 20 1/2” from the top of the channel in the bed. Thanks!

There is some room under but not 20" with the basket. Especially not if you do the hilift mount.
I had a cooler of similar size and had room behind the bed bar/basket for it.

I dont think we can go any higher on the rise for the basket. Id have to ask Brandon if its do-able.

Thanks.. I am wanting to get this but I would want it to be able to slide that box up the the back of the cab and still have room for ice chests. I won't be ordering the hilift mount option on it.

I did see one on Facebook, ill try to find the pic, he had the same set up as I do. But flipped the basket up side down. Gave more clearance underneath.

Resurrecting older thread because I installed this a few weeks ago and it has surprisingly garnered a ton of attention from other Taco owners.

Even though it says "AVID" right on the side in big letters, I have been stopped several times by others asking about it. Who knew it was such a conversation piece?

Nice alternative option for carrying a larger spare. I mounted a Yakima tire carrier to it.

interested in the tire carrier. Did you do anything special in attaching the mount to the AVID basket?
