    I have a 2.5" OME lift on my truck and these worked great with it. Once you go higher than 3" is when you have to start extending brake lines and angles start to change in the trucks geometry, etc. Honestly I feel like most of the lifts that guys run on their tacos are 2.5"-3" so these are pretty standard for aftermarket springs.
