    Okay... I have been searching for hours to find a place to purchase the OEM bed rails for my 2018 sport double cab. It didn't have the rails in it when I bought it. It looks like the bolts that hold the rails on were broken off or cut.

    Fast forward to today when I went to install the new trifold bed cover that I bought and the instructions say to slide the brackets into the bed rail system.... I don't have any! UGH!

    I am beyond frustrated at this point. Searching online, all I can find is the damn header bar for sale on every website I come across but no one has the side rails for sale. I just want to get this installed and be done with it.

    Are there any aftermarket options that fit the same as OEM so I can install the cover?
    Has anyone else run across this problem? I can't be the only person to get a truck without rails.
    Am I a complete idiot that can't seem to find something online?
    Or is this there a secret group of ppl holding all of the side rails to be able to charge huge prices for them???

    :annoyed::confused:

    From everything I have read, and all the dealers I looked up online, dealers do not carry the rails. I am working night shift so I haven't been able to call any dealers to confirm.

    I looked at the ones above and they look right. I thought if your looking and can’t find. Try a junk yard. Your choice of course.

    I found what I needed, after looking on ebay I found a set of three rails with the bolts needed... it was listed for a 2nd gen tacoma. I emailed the seller, which was actually a toyota dealership in Indiana about fitment on my 3rd gen... his response was that it will fit just fine. He advised me that they are all the same. So I got them in and bolted them right up without any issues at all.
