If that was the case, wouldn't they just replaced the frame and not the body panels? lol

It's a cab and bed swap, or so it appears.

Or they swapped engine and interior, looks more accurate. The engine bay looks cramped even though there was probably a v8 in there. I love how there isn't an airbox and the fuse box is just hanging. just running open intake with I hope a filter in there.

Ah yeah its alright for quality, I'll most likely be re painting it come summer. At the time I couldn't see myself spending that much for the other brands out there, and shipping to Canada would hurt the price even more.

I’ve seen this picture before, I think you’re probably the guy that directed me to the center caps. My memory is terrible so forgive me off I’m wrong. I’ve thought so hard about what color I want to do the rings, I just don’t know if I want a smokish gray, or bronze. What did you use to paint the ring? It looks great.

that was actually an off brand plasti-derp. It came out in terrible oily globs.
It peeled off easy and this summer I plan to use the leftover bbs gold rattle cans (leftover from my Subaru days) for the rings.

ETA: yeah that was most likely me!

    Never enough
Got my permanent recovery gear and fridge slide setup mounted! Cut up a 3/4" sheet of plywood to fit in truck bed, bolted the Pelican case and fridge slide to plywood and bed mat using wing nuts for Pelican (for easy removal to mount my water tank between case and front of bed) and locknuts for the fridge slide. Everything is super sturdy, doesn't slide around and didn't have to drill through my truck bed! Bonus awesome because space to left of fridge fits my Plano case on wheels perfectly! Everything set up in preparation for the great New Home Hunt of 2021!

3/4" plywood spray painted on one side and spray on rubber underneath to prevent the slight sliding around

Used 1/4" bolts of various lengths and drilled through bed mat and plywood for mounting case and slide, everything fit perfectly between the channels of the truck bed. No weird lumps and no drilling into bed

Weight of the tools/recovery gear in the Pelican case is the perfect counterbalance for 62qt SnoMaster fridge on the slide! Everything fits perfectly with a 13gallon water tank sitting between Pelican case and front of truck bed.

Getting everything mocked up and prepared for drilling

I would really appreciate that. Somehow every illustration I've found, even on Toyota's parts site, is confusing.

    Spray max headlight restore kit.
Heads up, do NOT spray on a heavy coat of the clear.

Had to redo the whole thing as it started to crack.

I messed mine up trying to do this too. There seems to be a fine line between it turning out great and it not. I finally ended up getting new housings, but not after trying my best to restore them first.
