    Hey everyone,

I went outside to thaw my truck during this Texas blizzard and noticed a frozen puddle on the driver side floor. After running the truck for a little bit, I can see a few spots that have water on them underneath the steering wheel. I've never had issues with leaking water in the past including some really heavy storms. Could this be from all the ice we've gotten and water expanding into places it shouldn't? Has anyone else experienced this before?

I have an extended warranty, but I don't have high hopes of them being able to troubleshoot this unless I have water coming in during a rain or carwash now. I guess I can test that next week when it warms back up into the 70's.

Interesting, I think if I go through a carwash after it warms up and it stays dry you're probably right. It's definitely just water. All of the snow and ice thawing and refreezing is probably causing an ice damn also, so the water is just looking for somewhere to go. Looks like I should do that mod regardless of it fixing the issue or not though. Thanks!
