Just talking about how I have to replace my oil cooler hoses on my 4runner and I found both of'em in my 3.4 parts stash.

What makes me nervous about the rear is that there is no flex. I contacted iron man and told them about my issue with the rear shocks being short when putting on the rear springs. I had to compress the springs to put the shock on, so now if I get any air at all, my shock will fully extend, limiting my travel. Supposedly it's because there are bump stops within the shock? Idk. Limits my travel and it's frustrating

Took care of jacking the truck up went from position “D” to “C” since I needed to loosen the top nut to slide them back. I ending up putting them about in the middle of the slide. Tried to lower my coils a bit but I couldn’t get enough umph on the spanner wrench to turn the nut.
Had to remove the front mud flaps after the adjustment too since it pushed the wheel/tire back come. Steering wheel is straight again now :taco:

That’s pretty interesting and not a good thing to hear. I don’t remember if I needed to compress mine but I do remember there was a rubber or poly bushing under that plastic top part.

What a mad man. I still might have to take you up on that 3.4 AC condenser bracket, if i can even figure out how to get it in and out without loosening the motor mounts and shifting the motor. But thats a spring or summer project for sure. Maybe someone else will own it by then

This is what I ended up with:

    Deka Intimidator AGM Group 34R

    4F634C71-A3D1-4572-AF68-A09740E2CFC8.jpg

same specs as the lead acids I had before, but better warranty and, it was actually more available here. Not what I wanted, or what I had in mind, but....its the best I could come up with. I wanted it quickly so I can get the truck out and moving around again.

EDIT: here is the exact battery I ended up with...

Cool, just looking out for my Son from Frederick :fistbump:

Plus it would finally get me off my ass to install the battery cage I snagged about 6 months ago.

I'm looking at this AGM battery but there's no reviews on Amazon

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F9399C...abc_NJHMRGMXSWNMBNPSNR0C?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

The lights I run kill my OEM battery.

Dude, 16 Fukn' degrees this am! I was ready to let her shit and piss on the floor in the garage!

 JK of course. She's the perfect dog for me. The cold doesn't affect either of us.

I'm wearing as little as possible without freezing now and I still sweat by the end of an hour walk.

I'm already not looking forward to the heat of the summer.

Maybe I could get a Brokini

I run mine at 36 psi Eric and that seems to be the sweet spot. The contact patch footprint (as seen in the snow) is perfect.
