Can you describe from what side I need to insert the blade? I’ve tried from all angles but to no avail

It’s helpful to have the kit and practice. Harder the first time.

Google JST male de-pin and you should hit something useful.

If you bought the kit you might also want to get some wire cutters / strippers. For small gauge I recently bought these and they work quite well. If you already have some then you are set.

I noticed my Meso puddle pod lights have water inside, behind the lens. Both lights still work though. Anyone seen this on their lights? Does anyone know the part number for these lights incase I need to get replacement one?

I gave it a shot opening mine and didn’t manage to do it. I’m thinking a vice might be needed? Any rough idea of torque you used to open yours?

I wish it was yellow pods, I was going to get someone to custom cut yellow glass for me to just stick right on the pods, but I line-x em. Works pretty well, two layers

Finally getting around to installing my pods. I'm excited to see them work! However, upon install I am finding the driver side light cover does not fit right. Looks like others have had this issue. Anything I can do about it? The cover pops back off much easier as well, as if the tabs are not all engaging properly. Kind of bothered by it but I'm hoping once they're installed I'll never see it..

Just run a bead of black silicone and forget about it. That is what I did. Haven't thought about it till you just brought it up, LOL. Probably going on 2 years now.

If you message MESO on here or shoot him an email from his website I’m sure he will be back to you within a day or so. He’s always been extremely quick at responding to any of my questions. Part of the reason I’m happy to pay a little “extra” for his products. Workmanship and customer service; both of which he’s great at.

I put the mirrors back on the truck and can't tell the gap is there anymore. I'm sure it is, but I'll likely never be at the angle where I can see it. So, as long as the cover isn't going to fall off going over a big bump or expose the LED to water I think I can ignore it.

Also lost all three of those little plastic white clips on one side trying to put the triangle garnish back on lol. Nothing ever goes perfectly.. I sometimes wonder why I subject myself to such torture by modding my vehicles. I saw earlier in this thread someone posted a link to buy more of those clips, so those are on the way.. Hopefully I don't hear the other clips rattling around in the door cavity.
