Hey guys I’m new and I’m trying to figure out what regearing I should do on my 2018 TRD off road. I’m thinking 5.29 or the 4.88. I was wondering if any of you guys had done this and what are the pros and cons of both.

If you are running bigger tires then it makes sense to regear . Pointless if you are running stock size . The gearing will depend on tire size .

I'd go 4.88 unless you're planning on lots of weight and even bigger tires. I'm 33's and a few hundred pounds extra. I'm going 4.88 for sure.

Depends if you have auto or manual transmission. Use the gear calculator on Grimmjeeper to help you decide.
