any chance anyone can make some gussets for the frame motor mounts? All I've ever seen is for the v6

 

Sorry guys life has got in the way of this project, but I'm actually going to weld everything together this afternoon and try them out next weekend at shamrock shakedown. Pics to come!

Holy thread revival Batman, sorry for the delay y'all. I got caught up with school and havnt been posting updates. I'm currently welding V3 up and will be "testing" them on a 12 hr round trip to Tennessee for ATR. Production kits should be available by October if all goes well. My cost goes down substantially if I can order 5 sets at a time so a "group buy" will be in the works to get you guys the best price. Also please forgive the welds, its a new machine and I'm still trying to get it dialed in!

 

Sounds like a great plan. Will the bushing need to be greased? I’m guessing grease for the first initial install.

The shop that lasers the parts also does powder coating, if i can work it in cheap enough they will be powder coated and the bushings will come installed and greased If these prove to need a zerk added to them then I will look at that option. I see no need to regrease them at this time though.

 

I'm in for the group buy, too. I may not need them, but it can't hurt
