Has anyone replaced the rear driveshaft boot on a 2nd Gen?

Has anyone used the Spicer #211932X boot kit?

From what I can see it looks identical to the original Toyota boot as it is illustrated, but they don't list the ID for both ends or the overall length.

The original boot is four ribs/five if you count the bigger end, 4 3/4" long, and the ID is 1 3/4" on one end and 1 1/8" on the other.

That's about right for the first time doing one. Grinding off the old stuff and finding the *&%&*^%ing tool I just had in my hand are definitely the worst parts.

I have a TruCool trans cooler as well. I ended up keeping my stock cooler and running my TruCool inline. Definitely notice a difference when hauling gear. Looks like you replaced the stock cooler?
Also how do you like those X-Bull recovery tracks? I'm kind of new in learning about recovery tracks in general.

I never had a stock cooler. mine was about as bone stock as they come haha outside of the base package. They alright i guess. Mainly use them as leveling boards when i am camping.

How did you cut around the lighted images on the three dials? Were they rough cut or precision cut out? I would like to do the same to my dials except in black. Maybe a closer picture so I can see better. Thanx!

Transmission and transfer case skid finally installed. RCI sent the wrong washers which was a bit annoying. Quick trip to ace solved that 8BDC605C-814F-4092-912F-E8B034159B73.jpg

Busy weekend prepping for a long camping trip coming up. Replaced the bearing on my drawers i built for the bed and loaded that up, Replaced my Steering rack boots that were torn after 6 months. Got new Yakima tracks on my topper because the ones on there before wouldn't work with the Sherpa rack. Got the rack installed with awning mounts and tent mounts. Then Mounted my new Tuff stuff RTT and installed my Yakima Basket on the front of my truck.

    Super productive day today.

    1. opened tent to double check that its good before this weekend.
    2. Torqued beadlock bolts
    3. Trimmed another inch off my front fenders.
    4. Modified my switch wiring to allow independent front locker usage.
    5. Added quick disconnect to my chase light.
    6. Switched my center four lenses from flood to spot and aimed them better.
