How thick is this stuff? You can also use WD40 (non-aerosol) as a thinner for it probably.

Is it that you don't have a compressor and spray gun that you are looking for hand pump sprayers???

I have a compressor and spray guns... Works with Corrosion X-HD which has a similar viscosity to Jam... You're welcome to borrow those if you need them...

Yeah I think you are right,

lol it will be a 1-2 day "adventure" to do that project... (at best)...

Might just get a set of those air-down caps that stop at a certain pressure...

or make a "fancy hose" that connects to all 4 wheels for airing up and down...

I do have a compressor. I was looking for a handheld solution for general touchup maintenance rather than a once a year overall treatment. The sprayer I linked from princess couldn't even do more than a burble out the nozzle end @120psi (with the nozzle removed) This stuff is like jam as well. I like the idea of WD as a thinner!

Is it this gun? I might take you up on that offer to try before I buy.

Keep an eye out for the clear coat failing on it (generally starts on the top of the roof). Toyota had an issue with BBP's for a couple months.
They've been re-painting affected areas under warranty (but not the whole truck).

I use ACF-50 as an EVERYWHERE spray (except interior, or surfaces that need friction) then mix it in with the corrosion-X to thin it out a bit (but when warm it goes through the guns ok too) and spray the high water areas.

One thing that will help too is to put the container in a pot of hot water to warm it up.

Yeah, his stuff is great and to be honest, there isn't really much of his that I don't have. I've got the V3 turns, total tail light kit, puddle pods, map and dome lights, blackout kit for the interior, overhead switch panel, left side switch panel (CP6.1w), and overhead molle rack all installed. I have the KC 3rd brake light with the cyclones and everything ready but have yet to tackle that install.

He stands by everything and is great to deal with for any issues. If only every business was as easy to deal with...

Do you have a pic of the overhead molle rack? Where did you get it?

Here is a tip for dealing with them.... they have a tough time keeping things in stock, Lol their stuff is that good...

If you see something you want, sign up for the e-mail notification for when they are in stock, and when you get that email, order it right away.
A lot of his stuff sells out in under a day, to a few hours.

The hitch shackle adapter will be the first thing to scrape off-road. Get a steel one, not aluminum. Get one with cross-drilled holes so you can run the shackle vertically if needed: https://www.amazon.ca/MaxxHaul-70250-Receiver-Shackle-Recovery/dp/B078WWZSXR/

I've been running this stainless hitch pin for over 10 years, no locking clip to lose: https://www.amazon.ca/Master-Lock-1465DAT-Stainless-Barrel/dp/B000COX0MY/

Oh, I know MESO. I convinced him to make a single switch holder to relocate the ECT button recently.
Also, purchase the opaque TRD Pro shift knob clip-in so I could build these.

Can always put together a portable system like the Speedflate 4x: https://www.speedflate.com/shop/p/speedflat-4x (but use hoses rated for freezing temps)

I have the twin, and just wired up for lockers. It’s a pain, and the more opportunity for leaks is a pain to track. Definitely would be easier for tire fill up, but if it leaked it would be a pain.

Loosen 4 nuts to separate the driveshaft from the rear axle pinion flange. Release parking brake.

On the 3rd gen (at least with TRD OR), they are studs pressed into the pinion flange, not bolts. Contract the driveshaft at the slip yoke to pull it off the studs.
