Vinyl wrapped my steering wheel emblem, but didn't like how it turned out so I peeled it off.......along with the chrome underneath:annoyed::bananadead::frusty:.
Now I'm gonna paint it, but I'm gonna try to do it without removing it. From what I've read you gotta glue it back in place, and im not sure I'm comfortable with that becoming a projectile if airbag deploys. Any tips?

Purchased a Mobicool MCF40 from Amazon. Pretty happy with it being a “budget fridge”. Its made by Dometic, cost half the price and works amazing. It ran off a Jackery 240 for over 20 hours set at 27*f. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quality fridge for a fair price!

Changed original spark plugs out with 73k on them. No issues but was well overdue. Easy process and went smoothly.

Just rolled over 100k at the top of Stevens Pass, WA! Headed home for the big 100k maintenance day. Spark plugs, coolant flush, power steering flush, lube chassis, oil change/filter, air filter replacement, MAF sensor cleaning, serpentine belt replacement, re-torque suspension, and possibly lower ball joint replacement. Interested in hearing how the 888's are on a second gen. I know they lowered the "final lift" numbers on all their springs because most of them sag. I am down about 2" from install on my 887's (4ish total down to 2.5" ish lift) after alignment, settling, and adding full skids. Didnt know 888's were even an option on the 2nd gens thought they were a 3rd gen only thing since they get a bit more height.

This was my exact thought...I've just turned over 147k on mine so at least OP can expect much more life out of it!

I actually plastidipped mine but had the airbag removed when I was swapping steering wheels. Not sure I'd want to paint something that was still inside the cab.

Ya it was super easy with the fuse taps. First time I use them and they make it pretty simple. With the BlackVue you need to find constant power for the parking mode but once I found it. No problem. Can take a pic of fuse panel if you need for reference

I've looked at them, but I don't want a projectile to the face if my airbag was to deploy

Piston tops won’t be. The intake maybe. It’s not going to prolong the life of your engine. Majority of that is condensation not oil blow by. If it was oil you’ll be burning it.
