That is awesome!! Be sure to post that sexy flex pick in the archive thread, good way to promote a solid product. Also just in case you don't have them, try and order a set of these for any future valve stem oopsies. Of course your broken tpms sensor will be flopping around inside but it's just to get you home

Been busy with life things and haven’t been able to work on the truck much. Did all the fluids today and swapped in these 886 springs I've had sitting around forever. Feels great getting back to it. BC03984C-170C-480F-BC81-76022815EBF5.jpg

Wth, I'm so confused, was it the white suv or the dark suv in the middle lane that hit you?

That's super lame. I had to deal with this road raging asshole the other day. My super trusty dash cam didn't catch the whole thing but you get the idea from the picture. Hope you have a fast recovery

What did you coat your CMC with after it was done? Just black spray paint or something nicer like POR15 or something?

Keep us updated on how long your 5100s last with the 886's, Ive read its suggested to not run 886's with 5100s because their stiffness is too much for the rebound of the struts and causes the strut to wear out faster. I wanted 886's with 5100s for the weight I want to add but didn't want to replace the 5100s more frequently.

Make the video full screen and 1080p. It was Red Pirus, look at 15 seconds of the video. You'll see a nice-looking Tacoma drive slowly by:bananadance:. Red Pirus is in the number 2 lane, you can barely make the red Pirus out at that point. I start my turn at 17 seconds of the video because it all looks clear.
At 19 seconds of the video red Pirus is now in the number 4 lane. :burnrubber: While everyone else is stopped for the red light behind me. White SUV in number 3 lane is looking off to her left slowly rolling into me not paying attention. Honked to get her attention. Then the next thing I knew the whole side of my truck is wiped out.

Ah I see it now, but that's just straight up insane! Almost like they wanted to hit you and claim they had right of way.

I mean, it's really simple to see that the white SUV is ceding right of way, but there's an entire dance to it that makes it crazy.

Tacoma is pulling into driveway with the assumption that since the middle lane stopped, the far right lane would also stop, the SUV in the far right lane definitely had no intention of stopping until the Tacoma was in her path of travel. Tacoma stopped, SUV didn't fully stop, kept creeping forward, then a honk from the Tacoma and she does fully stop. At that point, she is ceding right of way by coming to a complete stop (at least in my mind).

After that it's not negligence but rather malicious intent altogether on the part of the SUV driver.

I was hit by a red Pirus, not the White SUV. She was too busy daydreaming slowly rolling forward look off to the left somewhere.

Look at the 15-second mark of the video (15:20:28 timeline), You'll see a white Tacoma driving by. Red Pirus is in the number 2 lane. You can barely make out the red Pirus at this point, far in the distance.

I start my turn at the 17-second mark (15:20:29 timeline) it looks clear and everyone is stopped or slowing down because of the red light behind me at Magnolia.

At the 19 second mark (15:20:31 timeline) the Red Pirus is now in the #4 lane. He changed two over lanes very quickly.

OH, wow, I just didn't even notice that, at first. I thought the white SUV ran you down. Well... shoot.

Does anyone have a good source for 13mm BLACK beadlock bolts?

I was going to get new wheels but they're on backorder and I have an appt at the car Dr. today to install LCAs and I just decided to have them put the new tires on and not wait for these wheels to come. I'm just going to replace the stainless bolts with black ones and that will have to be my big wheel upgrade. I'm tired of thinking about it.

I thought that was the White Lexus too, I'd tell your insurance to fight it, in no way was he driving safe for the conditions of the road/traffic.
