Bilsteinlifts.... how to actually talk to someone ?

    I posted this in suspension but thought I would try here too...

    Ordered Fox shocks in February this year from Bilsteinlifts, 1 of the shocks i received is bad. I talked with Fox and it may be that the nitrogen leaked into the oil section of the shock. I've been trying to get help from Bilsteinlifts but they wont get back to me....

    Anyone know how to call and actually talk with someone there ?
    The Phone # on their website only directs you to text message them, no real person you can talk to.
