BACK PANEL FOR 2018 ACCESS CAB REAR SEAT DELETE

I am trying to find the correct panel utility panel to replace the one that comes with rear seats.
I want to delete that panel and install the utility panel.
There appear to be 2 different part numbers. Talking to the dealer parts guy, as soon as I gave him my VIN number, he gave the usual those don't fit your SPORT ACCESS CAB. You need to question the forums. Of cours the Vin is going to show I have those usless jump seatgs. I told him I got the got the part-numbers from Tacoma World. He was no further help.

Back Panel- Toyota (64101-04281) Truck Cab Back Panel, Panel Sub-Assembly UpperAccess cab, without rear seat.
On this one the accompaning picture looks right but don't know the color. I need black.

This one the picture on Toyota web site looks like the one for the rear seats and I know the color is black
The Toyota parts guy said the pictures aren't always right. The problem is the the 20% restocking fee if you get the wrong one.

All the Toyota dealers advertising on the web have the same informion.

I got lucky and traded with someone on here, I did the full rear seat delete. I don’t have the part numbers, but I do know the color is not called black, I think it’s graphite. The two part numbers might be the panel, then the clips. Wish I could help.

 

I can confirm from recent purchase that the correct part number for the dark grey colored rear panel is 64270-04140-C0
I found it via this thread (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/removing-rear-seats-and-back-panel-from-2016-access-cab.411587/) and ordered.
It took like 5 months on back order but I finally got it last month and finally installed it a few weeks ago.

 

I have a utility package that i'd be willing to trade for rear seats + associated hardware. I'd throw some money your way as well (sorry for replying so late...).

 

Do you still have your utility package? We would love to add the seats, console and seat belts to our 2018 access cab. We would gladly buy them. You may need our plan back panel.
