The lights are on,on the control panel, but no air is blowing on any setting. I checked fuse under dash and under hood. What else should I check?

If your truck is a 05-15 tacoma it is also worth looking at the blower motor resistor. It should be near the blower motor itself. Typically when they go bad the blower only works on high. If the blower and resistor is good it may be the actual fan speed switch but I think that is less likely than one of the other two items.

Well, that was easy. I started to unplug the front plug on the blower motor and it started working. I looked at the plug and it's burnt.

I’ve been kicking mine literally for the past 4 years. One kick and it usually last 3 months before i have to kick or fiddle with it again. I wouldn’t bother replacing it, it’ll just keep doing it

That's a good way to burn up the wire and any others bundled with it.

The fix is cheap enough and you won't have to work about it again.

OP, auto parts stores sell a kit with a new resistor, plug, and crimps to cut and splice the new connector on. Cut and splice one wire at a time. Staggering the cuts so you don't have all the splices in one spot.

30 minute job with good wire strippers and a sta-kon tool.

Is there a particular issue with the plug? My blower motor was noisy as hell so I finally replaced it. A few months later the resistor went out (only high speed). I replaced that and now the new one has gone out after about 2 months.

The kit includes a new plug but i dont know if its an updated plug or if they just assume if the resistor goes out it damages the old plug with it.
