Garage art

How is your garage decorated? Anything special or is it lame?

Here's mine

 

I have very little wall area that is not covered with some sort of storage so not much room for art.

I do have some "girly" pictures on the ceiling for a little treat when lying on the creeper.

 

That's some pretty unique stuff there. I can tell you put your time into it

 

Here's a few more garage type things I've done. Would like to sell stuff on the side one day

My garage came with five or six cans of ancient paint that were once used in the house. I picked one at random and painted the garage with it. That's as artsy as it gets.






The 1960 bomb shelter in my back yard, however, is a different story.

I make few Toyoda service signs for friends. (These say Toyoda Service).

Been cutting these on the plasma table and painting them up.

They are 14" in diameter.

 

Out of the three months per year that it's not underwater, it's a fun place.

 

My garage is a single. Hey, I'm in a condo, and a garage is uncommon. So my space has to be laid out carefully, not leaving much space for garage art.

This is about as good as I can do.

Although I could fit a @koditten handmade plaque close to my clock that rests on a hand painted circle.

 

Lol.

I'll see what I got on hand when I get back home.

I know I have a few of the plain versions with no chrome tread plate back ground and I know I have 1 red one with the chrome back ground.

Were did you get the drill chart tin?

 

It was my uncles sign. I got it after he passed last year. Same with the No Smoking sign (he loved to smoke his cigars so it was kinda ironic he had the sign) and the temperature gauge.
He was a great machinist so that's why he had it

 

I found that Science Department sign when I was working on the side of the road at my last job. We were cutting some stuff down underneath a bridge and we saw it laying in the gravel. It sat in the back of one of our trucks for a few months. The week before I quit I decided to take it home as no one was really wanting it and it was just going to end up in the trash.
