It was custom fabricated at an exhaust shop local to me. I only provided the X pipe and the mufflers as well as the boost cutout. To my knowledge no one currently produces a bolt ok true dual exhaust designed for the second gen. The majority of them use single outlet design, which is fine for NA, once you go forced induction though, the setup can become problematic unless you go with really big piping, but even that has its eventual limitations due to pipings size constraints. I found significant gains in initially opening up the Y and the piping behind it. I found further gains going true dual as things were finally flowing as freely as they should be.

Aftermarket Y pipes eliminate the cats as the cats are very restrictive in OE form so it's just easier to get rid of them all together. They are advertised as off road only, however, so states like ours would fail us in a heartbeat if we had them on. Your best bet is to stick to the OE sizing and go with 2.5" if going dual from the secondary on rearward and reroute the driver's side to behind the T case, not forward of it like the factory does. If you want the free-est flowing exhaust possible while still maintaining some level of pollution control, you can always hollow out the secondaries and that would give you additional flow without having to deal with total stink and CO poisoning. If going dual, it is always best to join both banks in some way prior to the mufflers. I would run an X, or H pipe, or run Borla's Switchfire piece built for Mustangs if you can afford the space undercarriage (which you can). Muffler selection is equally important as well. Sound is not as important as the overall flow output of it. For that I would say do your homework, but my Black Widow mufflers have netted me some notable gains doing nothing other than a switch out alone from my previous setup which was the Aero Turbine AT2525XL muffler to the Venom 250. Killer sound was a subsequent result due to its design, but everyone has different flavors in sound, so if you are willing to give up a little bit of power, pick the muffler of your choosing. I don't like drone and these worked out perfectly for that, but with my X pipe it sounds like a Corvette now under any sort of throttle.

I posted a video at the bottom of my build thread recently. Give it a listen over and see if you like it. Otherwise your options are open, I can give you more info, but it would have to be over PM.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
I would not recommend the aFe catted headers in a boosted application. Myself and many others have had the element blow out when supercharged. I have not heard of anyone running them long term.
I don't think they can handle the heat. aFe did replace my set with little hassle. Ended up with URD EL Headers and Y pipe.

Bias like everyone else here but I personally love the procharger. Lots of hp potential without the amount of heavy modding that is required to achieve the same out of the Magnusson. Also it sounds like im a little on my own here but i really love the procharger sounds haha

also the looks you get when you open your hood and people see a procharger on a tacoma is priceless
