This is the opportunity for the customers of RST to tell the stories they were told about various vendors and how they held up their builds, got ALL THE ORDERS WRONG and ruined EVERY ONE of Wyatt’s timeline dates.

It’s also the opportunity for the vendors to tell their side of the story... after this thread you might even have some vendors file suit for defamation!

RST twin stick conversion. RST Tacoma front axle conversion for ADD. Cooper 37x13.5x17. Shrockworks bumper and sliders. Radflo suspension. Mickey T Classic Lock wheels. Budbuilt skids. Front Runner RTT. African Outback rack. 20lb C02. Ham and CB comms. Front and rear ARB lockers. Lightforce spots.
I was told Advanced Adapters and or Atlas were having problems with supplying the right shaft for the 4Runner. According to Wyatt he tried three different cases and AA could not solve a problem. “They were working on supplying a tighter fit shaft”. That was all BS

I was told ADS could supply my shocks in a week. Was told they were having delays but it was coming. Called them and they had no orders from RST. I ended up not getting what I was paid a promised.

Wyatt told me the Marlin LTC was a mess and he told them he had wasted too much time working on it for them and he was giving up.

He returned my truck fours times

saying it was finished and every time I drove it it was not right. Once I crashed into a hwy barrier when the steering shaft fell off the yoke because he never tightened the locking screw.

    I got more yet!

He installed my crawlbox and delivered my truck leaking from it. A day later, I notice and get in contact with him. It was just a small leak (so I thought), and he said some bs about there being a specific volume of fluid and for me not to refill to the fill plug level like the diffs or t case. So I drained the crawlbox, all 6oz of black 75w-90 came out. I called because it was evident that it was under filled, and the bearings and possibly the gears were shot. Anyway, I refilled the crawl box to his specs and drive the truck 8 hours down to his shop. According to Wyatt, Marlin was having machining problems with their adapters, and they had to drill out and retap the holes. OK, so I guess I'm good to go. The next day I find it leaking AGAIN, right before I left to go back home. Well I go straight back to Wyatt and watched them install "his personal backup crawl box" (sorry whoever he probably stole that from) and all was good after giving me more BS about crappy marlin crawler QC. Also, I noticed a few months later that they stripped one of the mounting bolts in my crawlbox, so its been leaking a smidgen on and off. Over the last few weeks it seems to have healed itself, but until I get the bravery to remove the case or pay out the wazoo to have someone else put a helicoil in it, I'm stuck with "Marlin Crawler's bad QC."
