Sorry, no, I don't. I just made a pencil and paper sketch and ordered my supplies from that and I didn't bother saving my notes.

Damn - ok - I'm looking to mirror your setup with some modifications and figured it would be a great start. Maybe I'll be super meticulous and document it for people.

Check out the Frame Designer app from 80/20. You can design your build and get the full list of materials including fasteners, etc. Super slick program and easy to use.

Hey any chance you have a picture of your drawing or notes with the various pieces? Or even better, your order from tnutz? You absolutely killed it on this build, and I am basically trying to replicate your exact approach, but with two 18" wide benches on either side (rather than the 9" and 21" you did). Figured I'd have a jump start if you had that info on hand! thanks for your post

Where did you locate the frame designer app, I'm not seeing it on any app store or 80/20's website

Looks like the original has been replaced by this one, I don't know if it was ever in the app store since I downloaded it on my laptop...

Any input on threading to use for builds like this? Lots of options and not sure what size everyone has been using

You mean for tapping/threading the ends of 80/20?

No actually, just the tnuts themselves. Went to order some extrusion and small parts to start a small part of my build and was confronted with options for threading and sizes and realized I hadn't even thought of that. Im a stupid keyboard jockey and don't get to worth with my hands enough clearly

I have always used the 1" extrusion and 1/4-20 tnuts/bolts myself for most things. Figured that thread size is so common that there are lots of options if I get stuck. So far, I haven't ran into any issues. I have even tapped the holes in the end of the extrusion w/ a quick tap so I could use those fancy cube corner pcs. I think 1/4-20 is the way to go.

I ordered most of my hardware from tnutz also. I used 10 series (1” extrusion) and 1/4-20 nuts and bolts. The “economy” nuts worked just fine. If you need to hold them in place on a vertical piece of extrusion, just wad up some paper towel and stick it in the channel underneath the nut.

Also, get the extrusion pre threaded with 1/4-20 threads on both ends; it may save you a little work down the road.

For anyone wondering, I now own the camper and buildout!

If you have any questions on the build, please DM me on Instagram: @socalexpeditions or send me a PM here, and I'll be glad to get back to you!

Jerry did a phenomenal job with the interior layout and I've had such a hard time wanting to change anything. The functionality is perfect and dare I say nearly effortless; what separates this setup from others is that it's barebones, lightweight, and very easy to use.

Here's what it looks like now! (minus the blue panel on the wall...stained that a horrible color and it became firewood).

I’ve beat this setup up and it needed a refresh. I’ll be redoing the countertop, plumbing, sink/grey tanks, etc. Overall, killer build to take notes from and I’m glad to share!!

I realize this is an old post but I am hoping that you can tell me how to purchase or fabricate the piece that connects the extrusion to the bed rail (the connector where the blue arrow points to the extrusion). Thanks

I’m not the OP, but I used these https://hondogarage.com/collections...ms/products/toyota-utility-track-t-nut-4-pack and some angle aluminum. Obviously a different approach than the OP. The Hondo pieces attach the vertical section of the angle aluminum to the accessory rail and the horizontal section attaches to the 8020.

Thanks for the help! I was glad that you shared the well made Hondo Pieces. I was looking for the squarish piece that attaches on one side to the bed rail t-nut and on the other side to the aluminum extrusion t-nut, thus tying the extrusion to the rail.
